Terms of Service
Internal review draft v0.2 — prepared 10 October 2026; not effective or ready for publication. Bracketed fields must be completed. Proposed features and controls must be implemented and verified before they are promised to customers. Operator: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], Beijing, China. Address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Support: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Effective date: [DATE]. These drafts concern the desktop Chrome extension only.
1. Our agreement with you
These Terms govern your use of [PRODUCT NAME] (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”). They include the Subscription and Refund Policy and Fair Use Policy linked when you accept them. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of information; acknowledging it does not authorize unrelated processing. We provide a copy or accessible version of the applicable documents with your subscription confirmation.
The supported purchasing countries are [COUNTRY LIST]. A job's location, a globally accessible website, and your country of residence are different. Website and feature coverage is described in [SUPPORT MATRIX URL]. Your contract is with the seller identified at checkout. Any merchant-of-record arrangement must identify the actual seller before payment.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must meet [MINIMUM AGE AND CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS] and provide accurate account and billing information. Keep your credentials private and notify [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect compromise. We will investigate suspected unauthorized access; using your account does not by itself establish that you authorized every action.
Your subscription is for your own job search. You may use your own devices subject to disclosed security and concurrency controls. Account sharing, resale and commercial use for other candidates are prohibited under the Fair Use Policy. Accessibility tools and the Service's own batch features are not prohibited merely because they automate interaction.
3. What the Service provides
Depending on your plan and the supported website, the Service helps you read job information, compare it with your resume, prioritize jobs, prepare materials and manage saved jobs and application records. We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency or employment decision-maker. Feature availability, usage allowances and technical requirements must be shown accurately before purchase.
We do not submit applications on your behalf. You remain responsible for deciding whether to apply and for submitting the final application. Form assistance is limited to the published supported fields; attachments, sensitive questions and submission controls are not automatically operated. Unsupported websites, countries or future features are not included solely because a marketing page mentions future plans.
4. Your materials and our software
You keep your rights in resumes and other materials you supply. You authorize us and our disclosed service providers to process them only as necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and to provide your requested features. This permission does not grant us ownership or a general right to sell, publish or train on your identifiable career materials.
Provide only materials you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information and confidential information belonging to employers or other people. If you report potentially unlawful or infringing content, contact [REPORTING EMAIL]; include enough information to identify it without sending unrelated personal data.
We retain our rights in the software, interface and other original Service materials. Subject to these Terms, you may use the Service for your own job search and use your generated application materials. No claim of exclusive ownership or copyright eligibility is made for AI output. Legal rights to interoperability, accessibility and other non-excludable uses are preserved.
5. AI output and review
AI features, where enabled, are described in the AI Data Processing Notice. They can misinterpret or omit information. A match score is an aid to comparison, not a hiring probability, eligibility certification or guarantee of passing an employer's screening system. We do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
Our resume process is intended to improve expression using your supplied facts. Missing experience should be identified as a question or suggestion rather than invented. Review the final resume and any form assistance before using it. This review requirement does not remove our responsibility for promised safeguards, accurate charging or our own handling of data.
6. Availability and third-party websites
Job pages can change or disappear, and employers may apply conditions outside our control. We will disclose known support limitations and provide recovery or support where the Service fails. If we cannot provide contracted functionality, the Subscription and Refund Policy and applicable legal remedies apply. Temporary maintenance or capacity controls do not authorize arbitrary removal of paid benefits.
7. Restriction, banning and appeals
When we establish a violation of the Fair Use Policy, we may immediately ban access to the extension without a prior warning. We may temporarily block risky requests while investigating suspected abuse. High usage, travel, a shared network or the use of accessibility tools alone does not establish a violation.
A ban stops extension access and new processing, revokes extension sessions and stops further extension subscription renewals. It does not ban access to the separate Web App or delete shared account records. We provide reasons and an appeal route unless disclosure would compromise security or a legal obligation. Billing, cancellation, privacy requests and appeals remain available through [RESTRICTED SUPPORT ROUTE]. Refunds and remaining fees are handled under applicable law; a ban is not an automatic forfeiture of all prepaid fees. If a decision is incorrect, we restore access and correct affected usage records.
8. Changes and ending the Service
We give advance notice of material changes through [NOTICE CHANNEL AND PERIOD]. Price increases apply prospectively and allow cancellation before the next affected renewal. Changes requiring new consent will not be imposed by a notice alone. We preserve existing paid-period commitments or provide the required remedy if they cannot be honored.
If the Service closes, we give notice where practicable and explain export, access end dates, cancellation and any refunds for undelivered services. Removing the extension does not cancel a subscription or delete an account.
9. Responsibility and disputes
Nothing excludes or limits obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and liability for fraud or other non-excludable harm. We remain responsible for our own contractual and legal obligations. We have not adopted a blanket release, mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or an automatic liability cap.
[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: any proportionate limitation of liability, governing law, available dispute-resolution bodies and venue.] Any chosen law or venue must preserve mandatory protections available to consumers in their country. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] to seek resolution; this does not prevent use of a regulator, court or legally available payment dispute process.
